Padua College - Year 7-8 Coolock Learning Centre

Newpol was engaged to deliver the Stage 1 Works at Padua College in Mornington, valued at $18.6M. The two-storey year 7-8 Centre houses science laboratories and STEM classrooms on the ground floor, along with the general reception, staff offices and learning support facilities. The first floor comprises 18 general learning areas, accompanied with breakout spaces and meeting rooms, all contained within distinct wings, which extend outwards from the centralised atrium. Notably, at the centre of this space is a 150-seat, boat shaped amphitheatre with a skylight feature, allowing communal learning, performances and presentations to take place.
