Baptcare Strathalan — Stage 3 ILU

This Design & Construct project will create 32 Independent Living Units. The high-end and architecturally designed residences will incorporate a mix of two- and three-bedroom units, spanning over various single- and double-storey complexes. Newpol’s scope will further integrate extensive civil works, road networks, public and private space landscaping, and community areas. Careful consideration will be given to the undertaking of these works, to prevent any disruptions to the operations of the Baptcare’s existing care facilities.
